You'll learn to prepare a three-course vegetarian meal featuring a perfect balance of spices, textures, and traditional cooking techniques. Start with crispy, golden Vegetable Pakoras, served with tangy Green and Red Chutneys. For the main course, master the art of making Paneer Makhani, a creamy, tomato-based curry, paired with flaky, layered Laccha Paratha, fragrant Cumin Rice, and cooling Raita. End on a sweet note with Rice Kheer, a luscious, cardamom-infused rice pudding. Whether you’re new to Indian cooking or looking to refine your skills, this class will equip you with the knowledge and confidence to recreate an authentic North Indian feast at home. Join us for an unforgettable culinary journey filled with bold spices, comforting flavors, and mouthwatering dishes! This class will take place in the Family and Consumer Science classroom at Southview Middle School. You will be working at kitchen stations preparing your own dishes in small groups.
